Haley Mannetta, CPC

Hi, I’m Haley. I graduated from the College of Charleston in 2021 and am now completing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at The Citadel. As a young woman, I know firsthand that life can feel messy, overwhelming, and unpredictable. In a world that can sometimes feel intimidating, my mission as a coach is to help make it feel more manageable and supportive. You are not alone in this journey, and I’m here to walk alongside you as we navigate the path toward your goals together.

I focus on meeting you exactly where you are, creating a safe, open space where you can fully express yourself without fear of judgment. I believe this is where true transformation happens. By integrating evidence-based techniques, I guide you toward a deeper understanding of yourself, supporting real growth and self-discovery. In simple, I’m here to help you feel seen and heard while also holding you accountable to the goals and standards you set for yourself.

Using a holistic lens, we’ll explore the many dimensions of your life—physical, emotional, social, spiritual, intellectual, occupational, financial, and environmental—creating a personalized roadmap for a balanced, fulfilled life.

Through the clinical portion of my studies, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a diverse range of settings, gaining valuable experience and insight. I’ve worked closely with individuals navigating PTSD, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and learning disabilities. These experiences have equipped me with the skills and tools to guide people through life’s challenges, empowering them to overcome obstacles and thrive in their daily lives. When I’m not coaching, I love to lift weights, go on long runs, savor coffee with friends, spend quality time with loved ones, and travel to new places.
