Initial Intake
New clients start with a 1-hour initial intake. In this first session, we’ll explore not only the experiences that bring you here but also your sense of self as a whole, helping us understand the best ways to support you moving forward. Within the first three sessions, we’ll work together to clarify your goals and visions for personal growth. I recommend meeting 3-5 times initially—usually weekly or bi-weekly—to build a solid foundation and positive momentum before moving to a more flexible schedule. I have package plans in place who want more flexibility and long term accountability. Our work will be collaborative, with open dialogue around your needs, desires, and ongoing goals
