Counseling is more reflective, exploring past experiences to support healing. While coaching focuses on growth and progress, counseling provides support of mental health symptoms. Coaching meet-ups at local coffee shops or cafés offer a relaxed, casual setting for those who feel comfortable chatting in public. These sessions provide a warm, inviting space to discuss your goals, challenges, and growth while enjoying your favorite beverage or snack. It’s a new, easy-going way to engage in meaningful conversations outside a traditional office setting.
How does booking future sessions work?
I understand that life can get hectic, and committing to your personal growth might feel overwhelming at times. That’s why I offer flexible options to meet your needs, including individual session rates and discounted package plans for those looking for a more structured approach. To ensure you get the most value and progress from our work together, I require a minimum commitment of 4 sessions. This allows us to build momentum and dive deeper into the areas you want to address, providing you with the tools and support needed to create meaningful and lasting change.
